From Feb 1 – April 30 We are looking for a couple with Combined skills in : Administration, housekeeping, vegetarian cooking & maintenance. Some knowledge or a qualification in permaculture and ecological development would be desirable but not essential. The cooking aspect would involve making a simple breakfast buffet of cereal, porridge, toast and drinks. Lunch time would be a big vegetarian lunch with a soup. The evening meal would be serving leftovers from lunch and boil up the soup again. Practical and “hands on” experience is also needed to help with projects taking place onsite. We offer a lovely one bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom, large private roof terrace over-looking the valley, plus all meals and a small wage Approx 7 hours daily work, 2 days off. 2 Bikes available to use and local bus service to Monchique and Portimao.
