PLACE: OKI DOKI British Nursery, Logroño, northern Spain (for children aged 0 to 3) www.katschools.com
POSITION: Nursery Nurse Room Leader and Assistant (English speakers)
DUTIES: Supervise babies and children, give lunch, change nappies, English classes to children, songs, games, etc. and does not require any knowledge of English grammar. The nursery has a theme each month according to the Optimist programme . Knowledge of Spanish is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn the basics would be required.
HOURS: 40 per week approx 8.30 start and approx 4.30 finish. Start date flexible.
WAGE: 800/1000 euros per month after tax or more.
ACCOM: Accommodation is provided, cost around 150 – 200 euros per month.
WORK: Successful applicants would be given help with paperwork, opening a bank account, getting a mobile phone etc once here.
EXTRA: Possibility of earning extra money in the evening giving English lessons. (around €10/hr), and in our evening playschool (5€/hr)
