Restaurant Manager in Morocco

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager in a central, busy location in Marrakech, Morocco. Must be outgoing, organised, self starter, be able to motivate staff and maintain level of standard, hard working. Restaurant have a capacity of 300 guests. Experience in stock taking, event planning, accounts, staff management, English and French is required. Min 2 years in equivalent role.
