The Company
Our client is a Belfast city centre based firm who currently have multilingual jobs for native level German language speakers to join their multilingual team. This is an opportunity to gain work abroad experience.
The Role
• Provide excellent customer service to all gaming customers through various communication channels including social media channels, email and telephone interaction to include troubleshooting problems.
• During non busy times, candidates will have the opportunity to play the EA games and become masters of the gaming industry.
The Person
• Fluency in German and English both spoken and written
• Must have at least 6 months customer service experience
• A passion for gaming and playing games is essential for this gaming role.
• Candidates must have the ability to troubleshoot gaming problems
• Knowledge of how to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• An excellent team player as well as the ability to work in isolation
• Flexibility to complete tasks to improve the business’ performance
