Hello, I am the owner of an enormous piece of land in Malaga, Spain, www.myranch.es The land is ideally suited to become an adventure park offering B & B, Camping, Glamping & an array of other outdoor activities such as Horse Riding, Cycling, Rambling and Zip Wires, etc.
Much of the infrastructure is already in place with two large country houses ready for occupation plus a large bar, BBQ area and kitchen. An area has already been selected for the stables and I already have most of the materials to build them.
I am looking for a partner or volunteer with some experience in the hospitality and outdoor sports industry with strong marketing skills, and a little equestrian knowledge, to get this project off the ground and perhaps run the whole project. I am not in a position to pay salaries and expenses at this time this is why a partner would be idea. I am not necessarily looking for a partner to make a big financial contribution to the project but I do need a person or persons with a little capital whom can sustain themselves until a revenue stream can be achieved from the various activities and accommodation. A little money does need to be spent on finishing the stables, upgrading the existing accommodation, and providing additional accommodation in the form of tents, etc.
