I own a small carteen on an isolated beach in the area of Triopetra in the south of Crete. I would like some help when/if it gets busy. I can offer a small trailer/caravan, food, drink and 10 Euro a day. Im interested in either one person (preferably a woman) or a couple, either for the whole season (may till September) or for a shorter period during the main season (July-August). i think that the ideal person that can help me will be somebody that is laid back (it is very quiet and isolated, beautiful beach) but also that is willing to work hard if/when necessary. The main things i need help with is preparing and serving snacks and drinks.
