We are looking for a lively couple who enjoy living in Ibiza for approx 45 weeks of the year to act as caretaker of a private hillside villa just outside of Santa Eulalia. The interested couple should work well together in partnership and have practical skills required in order to manage any contractors entering the property and oversee any works being carried out should the Property Manager not be able to be present in person. Also an understanding of Spanish would be helpful to translate any issues that may occur with payments/invoices/ and in general to liaise with contractors e.g gardeners that are employed to maintain the grounds/pool, etc. Accommodation will be provided near-by. The property will have long periods of no visitors and then periods when lots of guests are in residence. During August you are not required to work and can leave Ibiza.
