EGYPT / Rouqayahs Ranch
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, hard working cook and cleaner for small farm and newly opened holiday retreat 60 kms from Alexandria. Must be able to cook from raw as we mainly use homegrown or home produced organic fruit and veg, meats, eggs, milk, cheese and even bread. Usually cooking for between 3 and 6, but could be up to 15 if we are full, in which case help would be available. Daily cleaning of villa and veranda and care of guest rooms when they are occupied. Split shifts with time off during heat of middle day. Days off by arrangement. Live in, eat from farm and small wage. Cost of air ticket refunded if you stay for 6 months or more. Would happily consider friends who could cover various posts available, such as groom, farm hand, handyman/gardener. Any nationality accepted. We can help with visas depending on nationality. We can also help you learn Arabic and English, swim, drive and see the country!
