Amhuinnsuidhe Castle is one of Scotland’s premier sporting lodges situated on the remote Isle of Harris on the north west coast of Scotland. We require a kitchen general assistant for the upcoming season. The role involves not only cleaning but also applicants should be prepared to assist chefs with food preparation. The position has an immediate start and will run to end September/beginning October. Live in accommodation and a competitive renumeration is provided. This is an opportunity to experience life in one of Scotland’s remotest and beautiful locations.
