We have a large database of senior executives with management, financial and business development experience. Many are successful entrepreneurs in their own right. Our Volunteers give their time to help Challenges and our development partners provide important assistance to businesses we have identified as having the potential to deliver shared value to the people in the communities where the operate.
We are always looking for others to help us grow inclusive businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities
We give you full background information on the organisation you will be working with and then send you in on the ground to investigate further and then support the organisations’ management team to deliver the best next steps to growth.
You will provide the benefit of your experience, insight and training, along with the tools and network of Challenges, to give these businesses the best chance of growth.
Background
Challenges is a UK registered Charity which facilitates the investment of people’s time and money into small to medium enterprises in developing economies. Over the past 10 years Challenges has provided over $20million in consultancy time to organisations at absolutely no cost to the end beneficiary. We have worked in 35 countries and with some of the world’s largest development funds and organisations.
