We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all restaurant operations and delivering an excellent guest experience.
In this position, you will take a lead on the day to day running of the restaurant for our hotel. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to lead by example and provide excellent guest satisfaction at all times. This will be achieved by leading on the training and development of your team to provide consistent service throughout the guests experience. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
