Responsibilities:
• Helping customers with different technical problems with their accounts
• Offering a high-level support of developer issues and, where necessary, referring the customer to the developer
Main Requirements:
• Advanced level of Hungarian !OR! Slovenian !OR! Slovak language
• Fluent English (B2)
• EU passport
• Abillity of moving to Greece
• Experience in a Customer Support role will be an advantage
