The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting both the Chef and Pastry Chef in preparing daily meals. They have a wide variety of skills in food services including mixing and chopping, preparing side dishes, creating dressings, sauces, and more.
This is a seasonal job opportunity. The CMH winter season runs from mid-November until late-April. Daily rate of pay is based on an 11-hour day, worked as a split shift.
