Our Telesales department is an important asset to many of our clients requiring assistance with communicating their offering in a targeted and managed manner. Requirements
This an excellent time to be joining Hatton & Berkeley as we are expanding and have been rapidly growing since 2020. Our telesales agents train rigorously before joining a diverse team who are given the tools to succeed in the professional services industry.
Our training program is expansive and reporting to the sales director you will cover a range of business sectors including but not limited to; insurance, treasury management, accounting and audit.
Job role, as a telesales agent:
Manage outbound sales calls
Manage productivity targets and CRM system
Adhere to compliance and regulatory safeguards
Achieve a high standard whilst working in a professional manner
