We are looking for exceptional Chef de Partie to be part of Kitchen team at Sunborn London Hotel. Who has at least 2 years’ experience in a quality Restaurant/Hotel environment who also has a stable work history and good references.
Good career progression and development will be offered to the right candidate.
45 hour contract with 2 days off per week.
As Chef de Partie, you will be:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in any section
Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar high and fast paced environment is desirable
Able to work effectively as a part of the team
Good verbal and written English
You are passionate about producing high quality food and tackle every task given to you with the highest levels of enthusiasm
You must be a highly motivated individual looking to progress within your catering career
Be an excellent team player
Be competent in all areas of the kitchen
Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
Hotel or restaurant background
