The Yacht is located in Royal Victoria Dock just opposite the Excel exhibition centre.
Sunborn London is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Breakfast Supervisor.
You will be responsible for managing a fine dining restaurant. You will also be responsible of leading a team of up to 10 team members.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
-Previous 4 or 5 start hotel experiences in similar kind of role.
-Natural leadership and can do attitude.
-Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to train and coach large team.
-First class planning and organisational skills.
-Ability to manage effectively 80 seats in a busy restaurant
-Good knowledge of fine dinning
-Good knowledge in answering emails and phone calls
-Proficient in implementing Health and Safety procedures.
-Sound knowledge of Opera

-Excellent grooming standards.
-Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.
-Passion for delivering outstanding service.
