** Chef de Rang ** Chef de Rang (Michelin)
I am currently recruiting a Chef de Rang for a Michelin restaurant, the Ideal Chef de Rang MUST have fine dining experience to a very high level, preferably Michelin experienced or a minimum 3 Rosettes. As Chef de Rang you will report to the head waiter and restaurant manager.
As Chef de Rang
You will have an excellent knowledge of food & wine
You will have the highest standards of service & attention to detail
You will aid the restaurant manager in the smooth running of the restaurant
You will assist in all aspects of the restaurant service
You will engage with guests ensuring their complete satisfaction
As Chef de Rang you will have a real passion for the catering industry and want to further your career in this amazing restaurant, you will be highly professional and immaculately presented.
The Chef de Rang position would also suit a Demi Chef de Rang with Michelin experience, or a minimum 3 rosettes for the last 18 months.
