I am looking for one helper to work 20-25 hours mornings a week doing housework, gardening, and selling stuff via eBay, Facebook marketplace, etc. It’s a good time to do all those projects that have been put off.
If you speak Spanish, that a bonus but not a necessity. If you are trying to improve your English, I can help with that. My grammar is very good.
In exchange I can supply you with a nice private room, private bathroom, and money for meals. You’ll have full use of the kitchen. Since the house is set up as a bed and breakfast, there is a small refrigerator and coffee maker upstairs as well.
You’ll have plenty of time to explore the amazing beaches, the Everglades, and Southwest Florida. I have a bicycle you can use, and Uber/Lyft is readily available if you don’t have a car. We are located just one mile from the downtown area and two miles from the beach.
