Language Connection is an independent language institute, owned and operated by ESL teachers in the fast-growing hot city of Santa Cruz.
We opened in 2016 with 3 students, now we teach over 300 each semester. Classes are in small groups by level from beginner to advanced. We teach kids (8-12), teens, adults and exam prep classes, so teachers receive a balanced schedule of around 24 hours a week in class.
Our focus is on a quality ESL experience for our students, which is why we hire only native-speaking, CELTA-qualified teachers. An ideal candidate will also have previous experience, but we offer on-site training for a newly qualified teachers if you’re just starting out.
