GVI’s community construction project in Ao Luk focuses on improving local schools and the Non-Formal Education (NFE) Centre. The opportunities provided by the NFE Centre are important to an area where few educational resources are available; the Centre is also where the community receives the free English classes provided by GVI Thailand. The buildings require a significant amount of renovation to make them fully usable. They will then be used to provide language classes, music, arts and various vocational skills.
Your hard work in the community will then be followed by a well-deserved 4 day adventure tour of Krabi’s islands and beaches. This tour includes long-tailed and speed boat tours, sea kayaking, snorkelling and some time to relax on the beach.
