Taleb Group based in Doha, Qatar invites application from competent applicants for the following positions at the Holiday Villa Hotel & Residences, Doha, Qatar:
1. Pastry Chef (Salary: Qr 4000-4500)
• Good skill and knowledge in all dessert & bakery
• Experience in Pasty Kitchen should be 10 years and above with a last position of Assistant Pastry Chef
• Have good management in kitchen, know how to train the staff and creative on created menu – presentation
• Know how to manage and control cost
• Good knowledge in food safety terms
2. Asst. Pastry Chef (Salary: Qr 3000-3500)
• Good knowledge in all dessert & bakery
• Experience in Pastry Kitchen with 8 years and above with last the position of Chef de Partie or Senior Chef De Partie
• Have potential to manage the kitchen, train the staff and creative on created menu – presentation
• Good knowledge in food safety terms
