As an Alliance Rep you will have the opportunity to join a team of experimented and hardworking professionals. Our aim is to give our customers a summer full of joy and new adventures.
We are looking to recruit experienced reps to work in our top favourite destinations (Ibiza and Kavos), either solo or as a member of a small team. We need help with recruitment and introduction to the island. The ideal candidate will have experience in a representative role in a tour operator environment. We will provide you with uniform and a competitive salary including performance bonuses.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meeting and greeting customers on arrival into resort.
• Host welcome meetings, arrange and execute weekly social events such as pub crawls, days out and other activities.
• Liaising with local employers to create new relationships.
• Act as a meeting point for guests, solve problems and give assistance when required.
• Collect fees as required
• Engagement on social media with current and future arrivals and creation of promotional social media pictures and videos for the resort.
• Provide reports and updates to management team constantly
• Any other duties deemed necessary to the smooth running of operations in resort.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
• Passion for delivering excellent, outstanding customer service.
• Experience in a sales or customer service target driven role.
• Willingness to learn and a commitment to personal development.
• Confident and fun approach.
• Cash handling skills.
• Be able to work as part of a team and also individually.
• Pro active with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Ability to cope with ever-changing tasks and long, varied working hours.
• Ability to speak to small or large groups clearly and efficiently.
• High admin skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and problem solving.
• Previous Tour Operator experience is essential, although previous seasonal workers will be considered.
