The Bed and Breakfast
Villa Retreat is a beautiful luxury villa lovingly designed and built by the owners as a family home, which now operates as a successful Bed and Breakfast. It is located in a quiet village, nestled in a valley with stunning mountain views, 10 minutes from the popular seaside tourist destination of Limassol. It is ideally located to access many of the island’s most popular destinations and beaches whilst being a perfect secluded haven in itself. It has now been operating for 3 years where the owners have built up an excellent reputation based on a welcoming, personable and family feel matched by high quality and comfortable amenities. It is currently number one on Tripadvisor and has a 9.7/10 rating on booking.com, with many guests now returning year on year.
We currently operate 6 ensuite rooms inclusive of use of the house amenities and a full continental/cooked breakfast. There are further options to open additional rooms. The villa can also be hired out for yoga retreats, events or weddings upon special request and negotiation.

What is Required
We require and enthusiastic and experienced individual or couple to live onsite and manage and run the Bed and Breakfast for a minimum of 6 months (longer period open to discussion), whilst present owners are away.
Must have the right to live/stay in Cyprus for the period
Must Be able to Drive
Willingness to maintain and clean property to current high standards
Fluent English Speaker, other languages helpful
Must be warm, friendly and hospitable
Willingness to learn about local culture
Role includes:
– Work with owners to receive and organise bookings
– Receiving and Hosting guests
– Preparing and Cooking Breakfasts
– Linen/Towel Cleaning (using local service)
– Buying supplies as required
– Cleaning and servicing of rooms, communal spaces and wider villa (additional cleaning services can be discussed and negotiated against offered salary)
– Maintenance of Gardens, swimming pool and basic maintenance of wider property (Bi-monthly gardener will be provided)
– Basic Book Keeping
What’s Included/What we can offer
– Private accommodation and all bills included (a separate private studio with amenities on site available or downstairs basement with access to main kitchen depending on your requirements)
– Car Use (fuel allowance for business purposes)
– Full use of amenities and inclusive of Breakfast
– Salary 600 Euros/ Individual/Month, 1200 Euro’s/Couple/Month
– Commission based on additional bookings/maintenance of rating (to be discussed/negotiated)
– Opportunity for you to bring in new services/develop business
