Chef thinking outside the box

We are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our crazy and creative team working Wednesday to Sunday, 40 hours per week guaranteed and based on a variable contract where you may be required to work additional hours as the business demands.
“éclat” will be a conceptual mix of food, art, music..with the clear commitment always to deliver on a high international quality level! Our aim is to provide regional ingredients as much as possible through direct acquisition from the producer: “knowing where your food comes from”
We’re looking for an individual who has strong communication skills, a friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers, good time keeping skills and of course has a love for regional, seasonal food or a desire to know more!
You’ll be able to use your initiative and imagination in contributing to the creation of your menus, making sure that all health and safety standards are upheld by the team. Safe food preparation and service, taking temperatures of hot and cold foods to show due diligence and checking deliveries and assisting with stock take as required will also be part of your role.
