HOSPITALITY (GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)

Responsibilities
• Keeps abreast of hotel policies concerning room/sign rates, group and other discounts, and special offerings.
• Maintains proficiency in all location computer and software systems.
• Issues room keys, identifies and explains room features to guests. Supplies guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation and local areas of interest.
• Keeps records of room availability/inventory management, and guests’ accounts.
• Performs bookkeeping activities including running reports, posting payments to guest folios.
• Records guest comments or complaints, referring customers to General Manager as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related discipline
• Fluent in English
• Must have computer skills; the ability to access and accurately input information into a computer system.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Friendly, cooperative manner and patience in dealing with unreasonable requests or rude customers.
• Must have flexible schedule.

DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST

Responsibilities
• Assigning and editing project work for SEO, Social Media, etc.
• Reviewing project deliverables and ensuring quality standards and on-time completion
• Researching industry trends and tools, and updating and developing internal processes to reflect best practices
• Implementing client digital assets, including trafficking of ads and keywords in Paid Search
• Monitoring client campaign performance and preparing reports
• Tracking the success of our internal business group and preparing reports
• Assisting with the development of case studies and presentations that illustrate the value of our business group

Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related discipline
• Fluent in English
• Strong interest to work in translation industry, translation work.
• Other language skills (will be a plus).
• Focus on protecting rules within the team over excellent skills.
• Familiarity with best practices and the latest developments in SEO, Social Media, Mobile and Display advertising

WEBSITE DESIGN (DEVELOPMENT)

Job Description
• Assist the Team in maintaining and updating company website.
• Publish approved content on various social media platforms.
• Work closely with immediate supervisor and key staffs to develop content for public website, electronic newsletters, and social media platforms.
• Publish and distribute electronic newsletters using Constant Contact.
• Limited copywriting and editing of website and newsletter content.
• Other assigned duties.

Qualification
• Diploma / Degree in I.T or related courses
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Ability to define and work to deadlines.
• Be self-directed and willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented.

CREATIVE BRANDING (MARKETING)

Job Description
• Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
• Marketing opportunity for revenue
• Overseeing the sales pipeline, meeting and over achieving sales expectations
• Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication
• Responsible for branding, advertising, promotional materials, and company events
• Work with management on projects dealing with media relations,

Qualification

Responsibilities —-
• Communicating daily with the project team on upcoming events and working with other teams for fully integrated projects.
• Sourcing products and vendors for events and communicating with third parties on behalf of the client.
• Finding and connecting with potential venues and partners for future collaboration.
• Controlling third party costs within a specific budget and managing payments for all 3rd parties.
• Regularly updating supervisor with project progress and informing team of procurement, vendor and third party requirements, deadlines, and costs.
• Participating in the continuous knowledge share by providing own ideas for training topics, writing industry articles for publication and sharing insight with the company.

Qualification —
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree required – events management, project management, hospitality, or related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Understand and display knowledge in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Demonstrate ability to network with other organization.

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Responsibilities
• Assist with the production of digital artwork for all company events
• Assist with the graphic design of print media and any other marketing collateral.
• Work under the direction of park sponsors and co-op brands on collaborative projects
• Assist with the sales and customer service at the front office
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
• Proactively assesses solution specifications in light of changing customer requirements, and recommends solution changes that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.

• Develops success metrics, including ROI, adoption, and business-process impacts, and presents these to customer project stakeholders in a compelling fashion.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
• Other related duties.

Qualification
