All applicants must be young at heart and prepared for the rigours of a residential summer camps. From our experience, summer camp is a great job for people who are fun-loving, adaptable, energetic and enthusiastic. Please note this is a summer CAMP and not a summer school, meaning working hours which are anything but 9-5 living!! Perspective should be E.U. nationals. Candidates should be young, or young at heart, and full of imagination and energy in order to meet the extraordinary demands of camp work. Candidates should be ambitious and have a keen interest to step up the ladder of the TEFL and educational world. We love candidates who plan to work in the TEFL environment as a permanent career.
The salaries vary per position but all conditions are displayed openly in the relevant job profile on our website (link below). Teachers earn between 1100-1200 NET for a month´s work and TEFL Coordinators €1450-€1590.
We also operate a performance related bonus system for staff positions and we practice active staff development, implementing internal promotions for those who shine. All meals and accommodation are also INCLUDED in the conditions for all positions.
