Latin America For Less, LLC, a US-incorporated company based in Lima, Peru, is looking for a Travel Advisor Assistant to work in our Lima office. Latin America For Less (LAFL) is the leading inbound travel agency for travellers from English-speaking countries. To maintain our high quality of standards, we require an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about travel.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an English-speaking university
Native English language level
Liberal Arts degree/background preferred
Above average academic achievement
Related travel experience, especially in developing countries
Spanish language skills
Able to work some weekends, holidays and varied shifts
Live in Lima, Peru
One year minimum commitment
Ability to be a team player
Responsibilities
Prepare quotes and itineraries.
Call providers to ask for availability or special quotes.
Travel research.
Post Sales Work.
Answering new incoming calls.
Be a client’s “hero” if they need help.
Work hour requirements are: 40 hour work week, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, plus some weekends.
Be an active member of the sales team and support with ad-hoc duties as required.
