My 3-bedroom terraced house in a lovely quiet village just outside Durham, UK needs a housesitter from 6 September through June 2017 (dates are flexible). The right person (or couple) would be willing and able to manage the household, all the housekeeping, and comings and goings of paying guests. Outside of guests, you would be the only occupant. I manage the booking and preliminary communications with guests and screen them all myself. Guests are self-catering. There are no pets in the house. The house is fully furnished.
