GREECE / Capra Italian Restaurant
The Capra Italian Restaurant opened in 2014 on the island of Mykonos, in a hotel. We are looking for experienced (preferably with Italian kitchen) chef assistant for the summer season, form May until October. Our chef is Italian, that is why the knowledge of the language is an advantage, but not requirement.
The tasks include preparation, helping with the a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner, keeping the working area clean, checking the stock and preparing the lunch for the staff.
The working hours are extensive, the break in the afternoon depends on the number of guests. The salary is minimum 850 euro/month, but depends on the experience.
