Gringo Burger is a new restaurant chain dedicated to making natural, delicious burgers and fries. There are no freezers, no chemicals and no long lists of ingredients in our food.
We grind our meat in house daily, hand cut our fries, make our ice cream out of real cream and honey and work hard to ensure that each and every customer leaves with a smile on his/her face.

We NEED:
A motivated, enthusiastic server.
This is not a hard job. You must smile, be nice, take orders, make change and keep customers happy. We only have five tables, and this is a chill beach city. You don’t have to be a superhero fine dining server, but you have to move fast, think for yourself and be a team player.

Speak some Spanish – we’ll help you learn, but you need the basics and you need to work hard to learn more while you’re here.
We offer:
A private room in a shared apartment with the two owner/managers, all you can eat at the restaurant and tips. These vary, from $200-$800 MXN a day, but we’ve only been open for four weeks, so there is a lot of room to grow.
Upon hiring we will negotiate a guaranteed minimum in tips each day. Earning more is up to you – so be nice to customers and work hard!
We plan to open MANY of these restaurants across Mexico. For the right applicant their is the possibility of becoming part of our team and traveling the country helping us build a chain that will revolutionize the burger industry.

Serious inquiries only. You must be able to commit to at least 3 months with us. You must work a minimum of 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week. If you want more, the hours are yours. Show us your dedication and ability and we can discuss a permanent position as a manager, new branch opener or even branch owner.
PS: Puerto Escondido is a bustling beach town, famous for great surfing. It is hot, it is sweaty, the ocean is beautiful and there is lots to do.
