MondragonLingua offers native English speakers the possibility to enjoy a free month at one of our immersion English summer programmes in Spain. This is a fun and rewarding experience in exchange for your English conversation.
You will have the opportunity to help Spanish participants, aged 16 to 20, improve their spoken English. There is a schedule for each day of the week that includes lots of activities so there is something different for every hour such as workshops, debates, games, one to one sessions and evening leisure activities. There are also different periods of free time throughout the day.
The immersion programmes will take place from 3rd to 30th July 2016 at three different locations: León, Madrid and Terrassa (Barcelona). Possibility of staying for two weeks only (3rd – 16th or 17th – 30th July 2016)
What do we expect from you?
• Take part in all planned activities like games, workshops, presentations, leisure and sport activities and more.
• Encourage the Spanish participants to communicate in English at all times.
• Take part in the one to one sessions that will take place while enjoying a cup of coffee or going for a walk.
• Make the most of meal times to continue encouraging the Spanish participants to speak English.
• Help the Spanish participants with their communication skills and difficulties they may have.
• Follow the programme plan and all instructions from the staff (coordinators and manager)
• Be patient and help the Spanish participants with the mistakes they may make when speaking English.
• Be responsible during the free time to make the most of the programme.
• Be punctual at all activities to guarantee a successful and effective programme.
• Be well organized when making your travel arrangements to take part in the programme.
• Mobiles phones are restricted to free time periods.

Who are we looking for?
• Native English speakers aged 18 to 25, preferably university or college students.
• Enthusiastic, sociable and communicative people as you will spend about 12 hours a day in good company.
• People who enjoy games, social activities, sports and the company of other young people.
• Must be able to provide references.
• Must be able to arrive for the training session and stay until the end of the programme. Possibility of staying for two weeks only (3rd – 16th or 17th – 30th July 2016)
