IDEAL CANDIDATES
The ideal candidate will have a fun and positive attitude, love working in the party/ nightclub industry, be hungry to learn new things, socialise and network within this vibrant community and take charge of the position.
Will display a high level of customer service skills
The ability to drive sales and profitability
Maintain and increase the positive, party atmosphere synonymous with the bars reputation
Identify and implement marketing strategies, catering for the diverse clientele, seasonal factors and tourst markets
Recruit, train and motivate staff to reach their potential and exceed KPI’s
Manage rostering, stock ordering and control
EXPERIENCE
Previous Hospitality Management is essential, marketing experience highly desirable
Fast and efficient implementation of strategies
The ability to learn fast and adapt to changing markets
Basic Spanish is highly desired – however, the successful candidate
will be given the opportunity to study and advance their language
skills.

Details on final salary will be discussed in the final interview stage
HOUSING
Housing will provided for the first 3 month at no cost during which time we will support and assist in finding preferred accommodations.
HIRING NOW
Current availability to work as soon as possible, an initial commitment of 3 months will apply, after which time a review on performance and negotiations on salary packages can be finalised based on performance.
