Our client specializes in working with customers and their families that require personal and domestic support in their own homes; offering a unique service of tailored social care visits from 30 minutes to full live-in support.
We deliver care to older people, people with a learning difficulty and people with a physical disability and specialize in:
• Dementia care
• Palliative (end of life) care
• Parkinson’s care
• Stoma care
• Enablement and reablement services
• Respite care
• Live in care
As a Community Care Worker, you will visit customers to provide care in their homes. This role is quite varied and involves driving between customers houses – it is essential you are able to drive for this role. It is also a great opportunity to meet lots of new people!
WHAT DOES A CARE WORKER DO?
As a care worker you will help to care for and support people in their own homes providing a range of domestic and personal care services. Our client provides the very highest standards of care at home to older people, people with a physical disability and people with learning difficulties.
Our customers pay for their own care and so have high expectations of the company and our care workers which means in turn we demand the very best from our staff.
REMUNERATION: Basic rates of pay £7.60 per hour and fuel is paid at 20p per mile.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: You will also receive 28 days holiday, membership of the Healthcare scheme and pension scheme.
