Dive Master Apprentices, from 21st Jan to 27th Nov 2016
Prerequisites:
Advanced Open Water or above
Have your own BCD, regulator, mask, snorkel, fins (& booties)

Current first aid certificate
Like the beach, swimming, snorkeling, jungle trekking & children
Happy nature and good team player
Fluent in English
20 years old or over
Apprenticeship (starting on arrival):
Stress & Rescue course
Learning about all the dives sites we use and being taught to guide DM course
Guiding to build up to the 60 dives required to become a DM
Note: the aim is to be qualified by May 2016
Wages during the apprenticeship:
RM400 pocket money per month
5% commission on all excursions & kids activities
A split of commission for any school trip
RM200 bar credit
Room & full board, uniform supplied
Dive Master Wage:
RM1500 basic per month
5% commission on all dive base profitable income
A split of commission for any school trip
Room & full board, uniform supplied
Courses & Certification:
The cost of all study material & certification will be deducted from wages.
Study is to be done in ones own time and not during working hours.
Note: It is possible to get enough dives in order to train to be a
Diving Instructor by the end of the season.
Days Off:
4 days off the island every month
