We are offering ONE MONTH and TWO WEEK long volunteering opportunities for professional and early-career events producers and managers
The volunteering opportunity will be based in Busua, Western coast of Ghana.
Opportunities will run from:-
* One month: 12th February – 11th March 2016
* Two weeks: 23rd February – 9th March 2016
Production Support
* Stage Management
* Sound Production
Event Management Support
* On-the-ground liaison for local residents, hoteliers and businesses
* Artist enquiries, management and liaison
* Assisting local workshops to produce festival decorations
* Event production support, to include some but not all of the following:-
o Workshop facilitation
o Set up and De-rig of festival site
o Stage Management
o Market area management
o VIP management
This is an unpaid voluntary role, and would suit someone looking to take time out in order to gain new professional and personal experiences. If you’re coming from abroad or if you are already in Ghana, you will be required to organise and pay for your own travel and accommodation. We’ll make sure you’re looked after from the moment you arrive and get started, and we’ll have members of our team on hand to help whenever you need them.
