We run a water sports centre on the stunning white sandy beaches of L’Escala, Spain, situated just an hour and a half from Barcelona on the Mediterranean coast.
We are looking for a senior Instructor, who has perhaps come from working seasons themselves as an instructor, to work closely with the Resort and Customer Service Managers assisting with staff training and motivation while ensuring everyone adheres to our health and safety standards.
You will need to be independent and confident being the main point of contact for the rest of the instructor team with regards to teaching specifics and correct health and safety procedures.
You will be lively and confident but able to keep calm under pressure and will help your team deliver the best instruction and experience to all of our guests.

We are looking for individuals who would be willing to work across different areas of the Equity portfolio; you may be asked to get stuck in with hospitality work across other areas of our overseas summer programme so people with a flexible attitude and a willingness to broaden their skillset is a must!
The season runs from early May through until the end of July. There may be the opportunity to extend your contract until the end of October working at our Chateau du Baffy in Normandy, France.
