Radiocontact Ltd are seeking a Programme Administrator to provide Administrative and Secretarial Support to our Foreign Contracts Director. Part of this role will include supporting the Director through diary management, internal and external communications and coordinating visitors and travel logistics. You will have strong organisational skills and be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will have good proofreading and editing skills, and be able to produce high quality output with excellent attention to detail.

You will have:
Education to degree level in a relevant discipline/or relevant alternative qualifications.
High level of numeracy
Administration Experience
Multitasking capabilities
Foreign languages including Albanian
Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds including
Albanian, Kosovo and French
Start date: Required immediately
Closing date: 31st March 2015
