Ideal candidates must have:
· A love of great food and cooking with a flair for presentation & attention to detail.
· Flexible hands on approach, willingness to work hard, & just muck in.
· Full responsibility of the kitchen, including shopping, stock control, costings & budgeting.
· A keen interest in healthy lifestyle & ability to assist in preparing & running activity weeks such as yoga, surf, mountain biking, walking,
· Great people skills, with the ability to anticipate guest’s needs.
· A happy disposition and a great sense of humour.
· Spoken and written English Language, other languages beneficial.
· Clean driving licence.
