Main Responsibilities
• Maximum of 24 hours teaching per week
• Lesson planning
• Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
• Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes and conversation clubs
• Attend centre social events
Compensation
• Excellent salary: 7,000 RMB per month for new teachers
• Excellent salary: 8,000 RMB per month for teachers 1 years or more experience
• Free accommodation: Western style, near the school
• Flight allowance: 8,000 RMB
• Legal ‘Z’ work visa
• 5 –6 weeks paid holidays per year (including Christmas)
• Insurance
• 2 weeks paid initial training
• Free Chinese classes
• Airport Pick-up and Drop-off

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• TEFL certificate (No TEFL? We recommend INTESOL, est. 1993, 30% discounts: www.GoldStarTeachers.com/INTESOL)
• Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa
• Experience teaching young learners preferred
• Plenty of passion and energy
