The Job
We are now recruiting qualified English teachers who are enthusiastic, creative and passionate in teaching. We recently opened a new language center and we cooperate with public schools in Guiyang. We currently have a team of 4 local teachers and 2 foreign teachers catering to both young learners and adults alike.
Main Responsibilities
-Maximum of 23 teaching hours per week
-35-hour work week including teaching hours
-Weekend classes with two days off during the week
-Teach kids or adults
-Lesson planning
-Check students’ homework and quizzes
-Attend school meetings and trainings
-Teach demo classes to potential new students
Compensation
-Excellent salary: 7,000 – 8,000 RMB per month
-Airfare allowance provided 6 months after signing of contract 6,000
–8,000 RMB
-Options for free housing or housing allowance of 1,200 to 2,000 RMB per month
-On-going training and academic support
-Legal ‘Z’ work visa
-Insurance provided
-11 days national holidays with 30 days paid personal holidays
-Accident insurance provided
-Occasional staff trips
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-TEFL certificate required (No TEFL? – We recommend INTESOL

-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
-Teaching experience preferred
-Clean criminal record
-Energetic, professional and passionate in teaching
-Creative, patient and culturally aware
