INDONESIA / Tir Na Nog Restaurant
We are currently looking for a Sous Chef in our kitchen, of Indonesian nationality. Ideally from a hotel or quality restaurant background. Must have experience with Western food, and speak English.
Must have the ability to run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off, have good hygiene standards, introduce their own ideas and take initiative.
This is a busy kitchen, and not for the faint-hearted. Career progression and further training will be provided for the candidate.
You will be expected to attend a working interview.
