Main accountabilities:
• complex customer suport in the travel sector,
• providing support by advising on the travel-related issues (booking flights, organizing exotic travels, answering various questions about travel destinations and exotic cultures),
• handling incoming calls and email queries,
• day-to-day communication in German or French language,
• building a professional relationship with German or French-speaking partners.
What do we expect:
• fluency in German or French is a must,
• good command of English,
• attention to details,
• previous customer service / travel industry (travel agency or airlines in particular) experience would be an asset.
