CANYONS RESORT, MINAKAMI, JAPAN

EA’s Ski and Snowboard Instructor Courses at Canyons Ski School are based in the Minikami area 1 hour from Tokyo by bullet train. There are a lot of ski resorts in the local area including Yuzawa and Canyons Ski School have agreements to provide English lessons at most of them, so you could find yourself instructing at a different resort each day! The area receives a crazy amount of snow so you may be investing in some wider skis at some stage, with an average snow base is 3 meters (10 feet)!! There are also a lot of natural hot springs in the area.

* Canyons Minakami is located just 1 hour by bullet train from Tokyo nestled in the Tanigawa Range at the headwaters of the Tone River

* In an infamous ski region, including 10 ski resorts to explore!!*
Skiing from 1,181m down to 358m

* Famous for its incredible natural scenery, hot Springs and traditional crafts, as well as epic snow!!

* All work will be for English speaking customers

* A must see is the Takaragawa Onsen (hot spring), voted the No1 hot spring in Japan by international travellers, including the largest outdoor hot pools in Japan!

We are looking for skiers who:

*Have a passion for skiing (Low level intermediate to advanced ability welcome)

*Have a willingness to learn through training and working

*Have an interest in travel and adventure

* Are available between December and April

* Have the financial support to participate
