Lifetime Learning is a Charitable Organisation providing RAISEonline and Fischer Family Trust training courses for Primary and Secondary schools. We are in the process of providing IT Training to disadvantaged young people in Tower Hamlets, London and are currently seeking funding for this project.
To add to this growing team, we are looking for a pro-active Admin officer to service our existing clients from our Canary Wharf, London office.
Salary £150 pw
This is a great opportunity to make their mark within an expanding training charity. We only ask for the following:
• Fluent English speaker
• Friendly and approachable
• Good customer service skills
• Be able to remain calm under stressful situations
• Good PC skills
You will receive all the coaching and training needed to succeed in this role.
IMMEDIATE START
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answering telephone calls and making bookings.
• Preparing and dispatching training materials
• Making travel arrangements for our trainers.
• Google research
• Helping with catering during training sessions
• And dealing with any other ad-hoc jobs

No previous experience is essential but desired. Full training will be provided. Candidates must be motivated and target driven. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
