Applicants should have experience of producing meals from fresh produce. Previous UK experience would be preferred. Salary from £15 – £16k per annum. Accommodation Available.

Trainee Hotel Manager in Scotland
Group of Quality Hotel Operations require trainee Hotel manager. The role is operational and does not include andy forecasting or finances. Ideal candidates will also have chef experience but will be trained to cover in this area if ever needed. A very hands on role and not suitable for someone hoping to be based in an office. Salary will be between £14 & £17k per annum. Accommodation is available.

Senior Chef in Scotland
Group of quality hotel operation which service coach tours. They require an experienced and capable chef to prepare good quality meals for their mostly elderly clients. You will be working alone with kitchen support in the form of an assistant / cleaner for some prep work etc. Traditional British Table d’hote menu of 3 / 3 /3 which runs all season. You will be preparing volume meals so need to be capable of coordinating a large number of dishes. You will be responsible for ordering and stocks of kitchen produce so need good English and writing skills. Salary from £16 – £17k per annum. Accommodation Available.

Senior Chef De Partie in England
Good quality pub inn are looking for a snr CDP. Required to rotate between sections producing traditional gastro style pub food-using all fresh produce. Working closely with senior chefs-must have fresh food knowledge, good basic understanding of sauces. The chef must be able to work within a small team environment. Salary from £17 – £18k per annum. Junior Sous Chef in Wales
A quality 4 Star hotel are currently looking for experienced junior sous chef to join their team. Duties will include preparation of quality meals from fresh produce for the fine dining restaurant. Applicants will cover all sections of the kitchen and supervise junior members of staff. Applicants must have rosette background and be available to attend a working trial. Accommodation between £20 & £22k per annum. Temporary Accommodation Available.

Head Chef in England
High quality restaurant operation require an experienced Head chef to run the kitchen on a day to day basis. Preparing meals from fresh produce you will be covering all sections of the kitchen for restaurant and function service. Applicants need to have relevant gastro experience and strong management skills. The property also services weddings / functions. They get a lot of foot fall and not so many bookings – the team is a young team – applicant must be able to handle quality and volume. Salary £25 – £28k per annum. Temporary Accommodation Available.

CDP-Required to rotate between sections, producing a range of traditional & modern food using local fresh produce, pasta’s, steaks-see menu on website. Must have really good skills on all sections, good knowledge on sauce is required.

Waiting Couple (Male & Female) in England
Quality Country Hall Hotel situated in Nottinghamshire is looking for an experienced Waiting Couple. Applicants are required to have Front of House experience, covering Bar and Restaurant. Must have excellent English, be Presentable and Hard Working. Hours of work will be from 35 per week with a rate of pay at £6.31 per hour. Accommodation can be provided for a nominal fee.

Seasonal Commis Chef / Kitchen Assistant in Scotland
Commis Chef required. Must have cooking experience and experience working in a busy kitchen with a quick turnaround of meals. Must be hard working and have good English. Season from May – Nov. £6.31 per hour over 40 hours per week.

Duties include preparing food for restaurant , function, bar and room service. Second Chef in Wales
Good quality hotel / pub operation are looking for a Sous Chef. Required to rotate between sections producing traditional British cuisine using fresh produce. Working closely with senior chefs-must have fresh food knowledge, good basic understanding of sauces, rotate between all sections-good knowledge of sauce, previous Sous experience is required, ideally within a similar style operation. A lot of grill work, sandwiches, traditional pub food. Salary £250 – £300 per week. Temporary Accommodation Available.

Sous Chef in Ireland
High quality castle retreat looking for a Sous chef. Required to rotate between sections, supervising junior chefs with service. Will be rotating between sections in the kitchen. The property need chefs who have a good quality 4/5 star hotel background, must have fine dining experience. After speaking with HR the property are producing at least 1 rosette level food possible 2. The sous chef must be able to lead the kitchen, run service & assist with menu’s & stocks. Must have good base knowledge of fresh food. Salary from 34000 – 35000 Euro’s per annum. Accommodation available.
