We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative educator to lead our summer camp offering in the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro in summer 2014.
Arrival at Knightsbridge Schools International Montenegro for 1 week induction and settling in 26th May 2014.
Summer Camp begins 2nd June and continues to 23rd August 2014.
You will manage a team of 3 members of staff, lead the implementation of the camp academic activities, supervise water sports, be on 24 hour call in the residential facility and oversee the programme.
Location: Tivat, Montenegro
Salary & Benefits: Circa EUR400 – 550 per week depending on experience, accommodation in boarding facility, meals in school facility, return flight.

Job Description
The KSI Camp Leader will be pinnacle to the success and organisation of the programme working closely with KSI Head Office and Local Camp Coordinator to manage the coordination of the programme.
Hours of Work
Activity Coordinators work a 6 day week from 8am – 6pm approximately. The programme runs for 13 weeks beginning on the 2nd June 2014. KSI Camp staff will be required to arrive approx. 1 week earlier for induction training.
Activities & General Duties
• Lead the implementation of the KSI Camp programme as outlined by KSI Head Office, providing feedback on programme structure and logistics
• Manage local coordinator staff
• Teach / coach groups of children in a range of sporting and academic activities
• Prepare afternoon lessons following the camp curriculum.
• Prepare and implement activities
• Ensure the care of residential students in boarding house personally, or ensure adequate provision in absence
• Help transfer students to and from the airport
• Ensure that the students are safe at all times during an activity or on an excursion
• Meal time and break time supervision
• Assist, whether on duty or not, in emergency situations, or where a student is ill or injured
• Ensure all campers produce registration and payment confirmation documentation
• Ensure the registration of all campers at check-points during day.
Must have…
• Experience in teaching / coaching groups of children in a professional capacity
• Experience of, and genuine enjoyment of working with children
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility
• Ability to take control of and lead a group of children on activities and during excursions
• English as mother tongue language
• No criminal record
Would help…
• First Aid qualification
• Life guard qualification
• Experience and or qualifications in leading groups of children in Art, Drama, Music, Tennis
• Experience and qualifications in coaching other sports
• Russian as an additional language
Nationalities Accepted: Need to be able to obtain Montenegrin visa if outside of EU.
