MADAGASCAR / Anjajavy L’hotel
Amazing opportunity to spend 6 months at Anjajavy l’hotel and private reserve in north western Madagascar as a ‘scientific intern’ in 2014.
Looking for 2 Biology/zoology/plant science/environmental science graduates/masters students with an interest in conservation.
2 interns will have the chance to develop their own research projects. They may include studies of: fossa (have a motion camera trap currently in use), lemurs, biodiversity and habitat surveys, botany and plant science, protected areas (UNESCO application), GIS mapping, payment for ecosystem service and carbon credits….and many more
Interns will be expected to communicate with guests and provide presentations to guests on their areas of interest.
Food, board and travel will be provided, along with laundry and a doctor on site.
