Supporting students through a pastoral / advisory role;
Organising, preparing and delivering English lessons;
Evaluating student progress;
Preparing and developing coursework materials, homework assignments and handouts;
Recording and maintaining student attendance;
Assisting and encouraging students to prepare for the IBCM entrance exam;
Creating an enthusiastic teaching atmosphere.
Requirements and skills
Native English speaker;
Recognized English Language Teacher Qualification – TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, TESOL (or recognized equivalent);
Teaching experience;
Good communication and social skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting;
Good team worker while able to work independently;
Willingness to live in Kosovo;
Relevant Master degree would be an asset;
Working experience as teacher trainer would be an asset.
IBCM offers
An international and dynamic working experience;
Full time (40 hrs/week) work contracts for English language teachers (m/f) in Kosovo;
A monthly net-salary of 700 euro;
Accommodation and return flights.
