We are looking for experienced outbound B2B telesales people to generate leads, sales and train people how to do Telesales. We need you to be pro-active and lead by example. You will have the chance to help change the way the company works and help build a future for yourself and the company. This is also a life changing opportunity!
The positions we have are 3 months Temp-to-Perm. For the first 3 months, you will be working for us and we will pay you a salary of 60,000 RMB per year. After 3 months, if you like the company you are working for and if they like you, you will be employed by the company and they will apply for your Work Visa and your salary will rise.
Commission is uncapped!
What we are looking for:-
1. Have a minimum of 2 years experience of cold-call telesales
2. Have worked for the same company for 2 years in telesales
3. Want to help other people learn telesales
4. Be willing to make B2B and B2C cold calls using Skype
5. Be willing to pay for a 3 month return ticket to China (about £500-600)
6. Be willing to pay for your own 6 month Business visa (about £150)
7. Have a minimum of £1000 in savings to use in China for your own enjoyment
