CHINA / Premier English
Premier English is a small, friendly team of British and Chinese nationals, led by Oxford PPE graduate Dan Balderson. We focus on offering small, effective classes to primary school students to help them improve quickly, and seeing the results of your efforts makes teaching with us a rewarding job. Meanwhile, our adult professional clients seek more in-depth conversation and grammar/pronunciation classes, led by native English speaking and enthusiastic teachers. We offer flexibility in work hours, direct interaction and small, rewarding classes.
We are looking for people who want to join our team, and we aim to make all our staff feel as involved as possible. Situated in the Chengyang district of Qingdao, Teaching in Premier English is ideal for those wanting to teach whilst experiencing life in real China, as well as those wanting valuable experience for a teaching career. We aim to be a friendly and supportive team offering a professional service to the people of Qingdao who are keen to learn English, the international language, and an enjoyable work environment for teachers.
• Contract length – 6 to 12 months
• Working hours: 25 hours per week
• Salary: 80RMB per hour
• Free accommodation, lunch and Chinese lessons 5 times per week
• Planned induction – orientation and practical arrangements for
living and financing
• 1-2-1 and small groups only
